Helping people live healthier lives is why I became an RN. Teaching Mindfulness is another way to educate individuals about self-care. The first thing you learn is how important posture is not only during meditation but in daily life. This is why mello{be} & worker{be} were born. Having a child with a chronic illness encouraged me to think about the simple but effective ways we can improve our health. Simply giving people a tool like mindfulness or a great posture cushion can increase their wellbeing and better their lives.

Studies show that 4 in every 5 women in the North America have low body self esteem and what concerns me is what that negative body image causes people to do. After my own struggles and seeing so many other woman experience the same frustration, I decided to do something about it. Nobody deserves to feel lost, frustrated, depressed and ashamed of themselves - especially in their own body. This is why I created the BII30 Weight-loss Program, a program that focuses on four key areas of a healthy and holistic lifestyle; Nutrition, Exercise, Mindset and Community. Burn It In 30 is for women who want to love and accept their body at all stages of their journey while working on becoming the best version of themselves.
